She claims to be working for Burton and Asso. and trying to collect on a magazine account from 5 years ago. Says I owe $1000.00 but will settle for $400.00 and i can avoid a court battle and wage garnishment.. Provieded me with a court case and all. she has even called my mother and demanded she pay what i owe to avoid me going to court.
